Location Information: When you use the clock-in feature, we may collect your precise location information to add location data to your photos. This information is used solely for the purpose of generating the clock-in watermark and is not stored on our servers unless you explicitly choose to back up your data. You can disable location permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will limit the functionality of the clock-in feature.

Photos and Image Data: When you use the App to take photos or select images from your device gallery, we process these images temporarily to add watermarks or clock-in information. The original and edited images remain on your device unless you choose to share them through other applications or services.

Device Information: We may collect certain information about your device, including but not limited to the device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information. This information is used to ensure the App functions properly and to improve our Services by understanding how users interact with our App.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, such as which features you use most frequently, the types of templates you prefer, and how often you use the clock-in versus watermarking functions. This data is collected in aggregate form and does not identify you personally.

Location Services: You can enable or disable location services for the App at any time through your device's settings. Disabling location services will prevent the clock-in feature from adding location information to your photos.

Photo Access: You can control whether the App has access to your device's photo gallery through your device settings. If you revoke access, you can still take new photos within the App but won't be able to edit existing photos.

Data Retention: Most of your data remains on your device. You can delete your edited photos and any saved watermark settings at any time through the App or your device's file management system.

Uninstall the App: You can stop all collection of information by the App by uninstalling it. You can use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your device or via your app marketplace.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining records, troubleshooting, and improving our App. The retention period varies depending on the type of information and the purposes for which it is used:

Location data used for clock-in watermarks is not stored on our servers and remains only on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or back up the photo.
Photos and edited images are stored on your device. We do not automatically upload or store them on our servers.
Device information and usage data are retained for as long as needed to improve the App and ensure its proper functioning, typically no longer than 12 months after your last use of the App.
Feedback and communications are retained for as long as necessary to address your inquiry and for record-keeping purposes, typically no longer than 2 years.

When we no longer need your information, we will delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services.
